The details that define the experience.

Every box we manufacture is finished by hand or machine with techniques that determine how the packaging looks, feels, and behaves.

Each finish is a decision, and we help you make the right one.

Design & Prototyping

From concept to physical sample. Graphic design, dieline engineering, and Brooklyn Factory prototyping.

A packaging house.

We start with the thing that goes inside, and we mean that literally: it sits on the desk while the box gets drawn around it. Design is included in every project, which is a polite way of saying we would do it anyway.

Then the sample. Real board, real paper, the real thing, out of our Brooklyn factory in a few days. If anything is off, we go again.

Selected work.

Every category has its own opinion about lids.

A Perfumer and a Chocolatier will never agree on a closure, and we have built for both, so we know exactly where they part ways. We take sides in private.

Let's Talk

OFF.PACKAGING manufactures rigid setup boxes, folding cartons, luxury paper bags, discovery set boxes, custom inserts and fittings, mailer boxes, pastry boards, and tin boxes. Every format is built custom to the product, from the dieline up.

Pricing depends on packaging type, size, materials, finishing complexity, and quantity. A rigid setup box with foil stamping starts from around $1.50 per unit at production volumes of 1,000 to 5,000 units. Folding cartons are generally less per unit. Every OFF.PACKAGING quote itemizes construction, materials, and finishing.

Our standard minimum is 1,000 units across formats. PR kits and marketing campaign packaging are the exception and run as low as 100. Bag minimums run higher and vary by construction. Tell us your quantity and we will tell you which production route fits it.

In our own factory in Brooklyn, New York, and through our global manufacturing partners. Every project runs in Brooklyn or globally depending on what it calls for, to the same specification, with one team accountable for both.

Yes, worldwide. Our logistics team handles international shipping, import coordination, pallet optimization, and customs documentation, and we warehouse finished stock and release it on your schedule.

Yes. Every project includes a sampling phase, and the sample is the real thing: actual stock, actual finish, actual fittings, built in our Brooklyn factory in a matter of days. Production starts when you have approved the physical piece.

Brooklyn production runs 3 to 6 weeks from approved artwork depending on format. Global production runs 10 to 12 weeks by ocean, 6 to 8 weeks by air. Every project includes a detailed timeline from the proposal stage.
