Our standard minimum is 1,000 units across formats. PR kits and marketing campaign packaging are the exception and run as low as 100 units, which is what makes targeted seeding programs workable. If your launch sits somewhere in between, tell us the numbers and you will get a straight answer.

Prototyping takes 7 to 10 days. Brooklyn production for PR kits and short runs takes 3 to 4 weeks; standard production runs 4 to 6 weeks, and global production 10 to 12 weeks by ocean. Reach out as early as you can, even before the campaign is final.

Usually, yes. A PR kit runs 4 to 8 weeks from first conversation to delivered kits, faster when the specification is simple. If the window is tight, tell us the date before anything else and we will tell you honestly whether it can be made.

We handle everything. You share your brand guidelines and product details; we develop the structural design, graphic layout, and production-ready artwork, with no separate design fees. If you have a designer, we collaborate with them and prepare the files for manufacturing.
