Chocolate & Confectionery Packaging

Bought to be given.

Most chocolate changes hands before it gets eaten, so the box gets opened in front of the one person whose opinion counts. Ours are built for exactly that audience.

We design and manufacture rigid boxes, folding cartons, custom fittings, chocolate tubes, seasonal editions, and the bag it leaves the shop in, for chocolatiers and confectionery houses.

Every format a chocolatier needs.

Chocolate has a calendar unlike any other category: most of the year points at a handful of dates. We build for the everyday counter and for the weeks that decide the year.

Rigid Setup Boxes

The standard for premium chocolate. Cavities sized to your actual pieces, in food-safe materials, finished to sit alongside the chocolate rather than shout over it.

Seasonal & Holiday Editions

Valentine's Day, Christmas, Easter, Lunar New Year, and advent calendars, produced to a date that does not move.

We start with the bonbon.

The cavity comes first. We size it to the actual piece and let the box take its proportions from there, and boxes built in that order tend to look inevitable.

Chocolate tastes like whatever it sits next to. So everything inside the box is food-safe and odor-neutral, down to the adhesive, and the chocolate tastes only of itself.

We have eaten a great deal of chocolate in the name of fitting tests. No regrets.

Rigid setup boxes are the standard for premium chocolate: the construction takes a custom insert that holds each piece in place, and it presents well when the lid comes off. Folding cartons suit bars, tablets, and everyday retail ranges. OFF.PACKAGING recommends the format based on the assortment, the price point, and where it sells.

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We size cavities to the exact shapes an artisan chocolatier is producing, and we design around how the boxes get filled, since a box that is beautiful and slow to pack is a problem every morning.

Yes. Our rigid boxes are built on recyclable greyboard, and we specify FSC-certified papers and boards. Eco-friendly alternatives are available for every component, from the outer box to the insert to the closure.

Cost depends on box style, size, material, finishing, and quantity. A rigid box with a custom insert for a chocolate assortment starts from around $2 per unit at production volumes and rises with construction and finishing complexity. Every OFF.PACKAGING quote itemizes construction, materials, and finishing.

Our standard minimum is 1,000 units across formats, seasonal editions included. Tell us your quantity and we will tell you which production route fits it.

Yes. Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas, Lunar New Year, and custom occasions are a significant part of the year here: limited-edition boxes, gift sets, and advent calendars. Seasonal work runs on a fixed date, so start 12 to 16 weeks out and the date holds.
