Folding Cartons

The everyday box, done properly.

Folding cartons carry a brand at volume, and a well-made one does it with the same care as the rigid box next to it. The paper and the die-cut are where that shows.

We design and manufacture custom folding cartons for fragrance, beauty, confectionery, and bakery brands, from five hundred to five hundred thousand units. Design included in every project.

Print-ready, production-tested.

We work with SBS (solid bleached sulfate), FBB (folding box board), kraft, and specialty substrates. Finishing runs to offset printing, foil stamping, embossing, spot UV, and matte and gloss lamination.

Dielines are developed in-house, and artwork ships with bleed, trap, Pantone, and finish registration already resolved, so it runs on press the first time.

Let's Talk
Black folding cartons for chocolate bars, the pattern embossed into the board and the flavour name in red foil

A rigid box is built from heavy greyboard and arrives pre-assembled. A folding carton is built from lighter paperboard, ships flat, and folds into shape. Rigid boxes deliver a more substantial unboxing; folding cartons are more economical at volume and easier to store. Many brands use both: rigid for the hero product, cartons for the rest of the line.

Our standard minimum is 1,000 units. Digital printing suits shorter runs and offset suits longer ones, and we advise on the most economical method for your quantity.

Yes. Full CMYK, Pantone spot matching, and specialty finishing including foil stamping, embossing, and spot UV. Interior printing is available too, for brands that want the inside of the carton to earn its keep.

Digital runs ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Offset production runs 4 to 6 weeks from approved artwork. Global production runs 10 to 12 weeks by ocean. Every project includes a detailed timeline from the proposal stage.

We design and manufacture. Dieline development, graphic design, and production-ready artwork are part of every project rather than a separate line item, and the same team carries it through to production in Brooklyn and globally.
