These terms cover the use of offpackaging.com. They do not govern a project. A project is governed by the written quotation and order confirmation we send you, and where those differ from anything on this site, those documents are the ones that count.

What is on this site

The text, photography, structural designs and dielines shown here belong to OFF.PACKAGING or to the people who licensed them to us. Read the site, link to it, and quote from it with attribution. Reproducing the content or the designs for commercial use is a different matter, and needs our written agreement first.

Client work

Projects shown on this site appear with the client's agreement. The brand names and marks that appear in them belong to those brands, not to us, and nothing here implies an endorsement.

Figures on this site

Prices, minimum quantities, lead times and specifications published here are given for guidance and to help you plan. They are not an offer. The numbers that bind either of us are the ones in a written quotation prepared for your project.

Links to other sites

Where we link out, we do it because the destination is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what they publish.

The site itself

We keep this site accurate and available, and we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, OFF.PACKAGING is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here rather than on a quotation written for your project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of New York have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
