Not a showroom.
A factory.
Design agency on one side, production floor on the other, and a project moves between them all day. Structures get developed here, samples get built here, and production runs go out from here. Manufacturing runs here and through factories we have worked with for years, and full production runs go out from both.
What the factory changes.
Faster Development Cycles
A concept can go from sketch to physical sample in days, not weeks.
Direct Collaboration
Sit with our team, work through the materials, make decisions in real time.
Manufacturing Transparency
You can see how your packaging is made, at any stage, because the floor is thirty feet from the desk where it was drawn.
Production-Ready Prototypes
Every sample is built with production-grade materials and processes. What you approve is what gets manufactured.
Made in the USA
Projects that run in Brooklyn are designed, prototyped, and manufactured in the United States. Others run through our global partners. We tell you which before you order, not after.
Fast Reorders
Because we control the process in-house, repeat runs move quickly, with specs, files, and materials already dialed in.

On the floor.
Dielines
Every structure starts as a drawing and becomes a physical mock-up the same week. Dimensions, closure mechanism, insert geometry, grain direction, worked until the piece opens the way it should and holds what it has to hold.
Foil stamping and embossing
Pressure, temperature, dwell time, and registration are all set on our own presses. A foil that fills in on Tuesday gets corrected on Wednesday, not next month.
Die-cutting
Cutting, creasing, and perforation to the dieline, at tolerances tight enough that a lid seats without forcing and lifts without sticking.
Wrapping and assembly
Board, wrap, and turn-in brought together by hand where it matters. Corners that sit square, edges that sit flush, and a wrap that stays put through shipping and a hundred openings.
Come see your packaging being made.
Ours is a factory you can walk into. Clients sit with the team, work through paper options on the table, and change a sample the same afternoon they questioned it.
That changes the timeline more than it changes the mood. A closure that binds, a foil that fills in, an insert that grips too tight: all of it surfaces at the sample stage, while it is still cheap to fix, rather than on a pallet.
And the piece you approve is the piece that gets made. The approved Brooklyn sample is the standard every production run is measured against, wherever it runs.

Let's Talk
Yes. Clients and prospective clients are welcome at the factory. You can walk the production floor, meet the team, review materials in person, and take part in the sampling process. Contact us and we will find a date.
Yes. OFF.PACKAGING manufactures packaging in the United States, at our factory in Brooklyn, New York, producing rigid setup boxes, folding cartons, inserts, and finishing work in-house. Some projects also run through our global partners, and the Brooklyn-approved sample is the quality standard either way.
A concept goes from sketch to physical sample in 10 to 15 days, and on some projects in a few days. Prototyping happens on-site with production-grade materials, so the sample you approve represents what gets manufactured.
The project decides: material, finish complexity, timeline. Brooklyn and our global partners both handle full production runs, and the specification does not change with the location. One team manages both.
Most of what OFF.PACKAGING produces is paper and board based, and recyclable in standard streams. Material and finish choices affect this, so we confirm recyclability per specification before production.
