Custom Inserts & Fittings

A seat for everything.

The fitting is where a box starts to feel considered. Cut to the product, it holds the piece still and shows it off at the same time, and that is the whole job.

We build custom inserts for fragrance, beauty, chocolate, macarons, and specialty products, designed to the exact dimensions of what they hold. Design included in every project.

Turn the box upside down.

A good fitting passes that test. We cut every cavity to the real piece, to the tenth of a millimeter, so the product drops in with a click and stays put. Lift it out and it comes with one finger. Held, without being gripped.

Let's Talk

Paper, molded paper pulp, vacuum-formed trays, flocked trays, die-cut cardboard, EVA foam, and paper-wrapped board. The choice follows the product weight, its fragility, and the look of the box it sits in, and we recommend the right one per project.

Yes, and it is some of the most satisfying work we do. Every cavity is cut to the exact dimensions of what it holds, so a perfume bottle, a candle, and a sample set in one box each get their own seat.

Inserts are produced alongside the boxes they fit, so they follow the same standard minimum of 1,000 units. Prototype inserts come out of our Brooklyn factory in smaller quantities during development.

Yes. Every material we specify for chocolate, macaron, and confectionery inserts is food-safe: food-grade molded pulp, food-safe card, and coated boards. Flocked inserts for premium chocolate gift boxes are a specialty.

Precise enough that a bottle drops into its seat and stays there. Every cavity is cut to the exact diameter, height, and weight of the product, which is what stops movement in transit and makes the box look right the moment it opens.
