Patisserie & Bakery Packaging

The box that means dessert.

A patisserie box coming through a door is the best thing that happens at most dinner parties. It gets set down in the middle of the table and opened by committee. We build the box that makes that entrance.

Macaron boxes, pastry boxes, cake boxes and boards, fittings sized to the shell, and the bag it all goes home in. Designed and manufactured for patisseries and bakeries, in Brooklyn and globally.

Made for the hand-off.

A patisserie hands over more boxes in a morning than most brands do in a month, and every one of them is somebody's occasion. We build for that pace and that pride, in the same box.

The window display, to go.

The best thing in a patisserie is the window, so we build boxes that take it with you. A fitting presents each macaron the way the tray did, and a windowed lid shows the work off before anyone lifts it.

Then there is the paper, which is the part we enjoy. Real stocks from specialty mills, food-safe throughout, in the colors and textures a good patisserie already has opinions about.

The box should be as good as the bake.

Tell us what you bake and how many go out the door in a day. You'll get back a box that keeps up, and a sample in 10 to 15 days.

Macarons like a box built around them. We build rigid and folding formats with a fitting that holds each shell in its own place, sized to standard and jumbo macarons, with a windowed lid where the product should do the selling.

Packaging keeps pastries looking the way they did on the counter: secure in transit and presented well on arrival. For products that want extra freshness, we pair the box with food-safe liners or wrapping and advise on the right combination for each product.

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. OFF.PACKAGING produces pastry boards, cake boards, individual and assortment boxes, bakery bags, and branded materials, built to work at counter speed and to look like the shop.

Our standard minimum is 1,000 units across formats. Bag minimums run higher and vary by construction. Daily-use items like boards and bakery bags can run on a standing reorder schedule once the specification is set.

Once a specification is approved it stays on file, and a reorder is one message. Repeat runs match the first run, and daily-use items can sit on a standing production schedule so the counter is always stocked.
