Privacy

This page explains what OFF.PACKAGING collects through offpackaging.com, why we hold it, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read rather than to be survived.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your company, your email address, what you tell us about the project, and how you heard about us. That is the whole list.

What we do not collect

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session recording, and it loads no fonts or scripts from third-party servers. Nothing here follows you anywhere else on the internet.

Server records

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare keeps standard request records, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability. We do not use those records for marketing and we do not combine them with anything you send us.

Why we hold what you send

To answer you, and to run the project if it becomes one. That is the only reason. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

Cloudflare, which hosts the site, and the email service that delivers your message to our inbox. Both act on our instructions and neither uses your information for anything of their own.

How long we keep it

While we are in contact about the project, and afterwards as part of ordinary business records. Ask us to delete it and we will, apart from anything we are required by law to retain.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask for a copy. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR and the GDPR give you those rights along with the right to object to how we use your information and the right to complain to your data protection authority. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you equivalent rights, and we do not sell or share personal information as that law defines it.

To exercise any of them, email hello@offpackaging.com. We reply within a month, usually a great deal sooner.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
